Generate BCEAO Reports

After the trial balance has been verified for consistency at Accounts->Regulatory Reports->BCEAO Reports->Verify BCEAO Trial Balance Consistency you can then view the final BCEAO reports. The reports will be displayed in the normal viewable format.

How to Generate BCEAO Reports

To generate BCEAO reports you go to Accounts->Regulatory Reports->BCEAO Reports->Generate BCEAO Reports and the following screen will be displayed:

Choisissez votre institution: Select the institution for which you want to generate the reports for, e.g., "CREDIT PLUS".
Choisissez une balance: From the list of displayed trial balances that relate to the institution chosen above, select the trail balance for which you want to generate the relevant reports.

Note that all trail balances that were saved on different days will be displayed here.

Click on the OK button to generate the report that will look as follows:

Note that there are several reports that can be generated. Expand the relevant node and double click on the report that you want to generate. The report will then be displayed in the right pane of the Generate reports window.

Close the report to exit.
